About Naj Foundation

Our mission is to equip young people with education and skills to move them out of poverty. Getting an education is a challenge for many children in the Western Region of Ghana most especially for orphanage homes.

We want to try and maintain high attendance and good marks when you’re one of 80 children in a crowded classroom in orphanage homes, your empty stomach grumbles as you try to concentrate, and you have no space at home to study.

We are improving access to education, food, and security by sponsoring school fees, enhancing school facilities, and providing after-school study spaces.

We help facilitate and secure a livelihood for the most ambitious young people from orphanage homes

Our Responsibilities

CHILD PROTECTION
Child protection refers to the policies, standards, guidelines and procedures designed to protect children from both intentional and unintentional harm
FUND RAISING

We help raise funds to support the needy and less privileged people in and around our communities.

SPONSORING CHILDREN
Sponsor a child today. Education provides pathways out of poverty – individual earnings increase by 10% for each year of school completed.
VOLUNTEERING
We volunteer daily in our communities to support the elderly and young children in orphanage homes and deprived villages of basic aminities and services  
SEX EDUCATION

Sex education is essential to young people growing up in orphanage homes and requires quality education to inform young people 

THE GIRL IMPACT
Providing girls and young women with a support system and new opportunities. We run programs to reshape gender perspectives,
